Our Staff
Brian Kimball - Pastor
Brian was born and raised in Independence, Missouri. He holds a
Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Biblical
Studies from Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown,
Wisconsin. He also holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of
Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas
City, Missouri. Prior to serving at Emmanuel Baptist Church,
Brian served as a youth pastor for five years in Missouri, six
years as a Navy chaplain, and two years as a pastor in the state
of Washington. Brian and his family are thankful the Lord has
called them to serve together with His people at Emmanuel
Baptist Church.
Christy Holmes-Minister
of Education
Christy was born and raised in Marshall, Missouri. She holds a
Bachelor of arts in Church Recreation and Youth Ministry from
Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO. and a Master of
Religious Education from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in
Kansas City, MO. Christy served 10 years in Missouri as youth and
education Minister before coming to Emmanuel Baptist were she has
served for the last 14 years.
Christy and her husband have
been married for 4 years and consider it a privilege to be able to
serve their church family together.
Christy has served on the Vacation
Bible School,
Sunday School and Disaster Relief Training teams for the Utah Idaho
Southern Baptist Convention.
Sandy Biggs -
Church
Secretary
Sandy grew up in Southeast Missouri and has lived in Michigan,
Florida, Arizona, Wyoming, California, and now lives in Utah to help
with her grandkids. In addition to her duties as a mother and
grandmother, Sandy has worked in a variety of office positions. She
grew up in church and believed in the Lord at the age of eight and
has been an active member at Emmanuel Baptist Church since 2009.
